Price
- All prices list on the website
are FOB price ( Free on board ). Included: Free
trucking from Jepara to Semarang port, Standard
Fumigation ( Non AQIS ), THC - Doc fee ( Semarang
port ), Sending Document, etc.
- Shipping ( OCEAN FREIGHT ) is
not included in the price, it will become
responsibility of buyer.
However, upon request we can
assist the arrangement.
- All
furniture price included with Finishing color, Glass
( no bevel ), Fabric, Leather, Brass /
handle and Packing ( foam sheet and single face /
wrapping paper ).
- Price are same as picture in
the website.
Therefore, we
will review all your order list that you have submit
and propose change of prices for any items that made
with different colors, different finishes or
different size as your requested.
Payment
We only
receive for payment by T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer /
Bank Transfer ).
We are
require 50% deposit or advance payment after you
received the Performa invoice or before we start
production, and the remaining / balance 50% to be
finalized / transferred 1 days after loading
container or after you receive copy / draft Bill of Lading
(BL) by e-mail.
After
the payment / transfer has done, please send us the
copy transfer ( MT 103 ) by e-mail. As soon as we
have receive your transfer, we will send original
Bill of Lading ( BL ) and others documents by
carrier to your address.
Minimum Order
- Minimum order
is FCL ( Full Container Loaded ) - 1 x 20' ft Container ( 30 CBM
) / shipment.

Minimum order = 1 piece
per item.
Calculation of container
volume ( space in the container ).
20 ft container = 30 CBM
40 ft container = 60 CBM
40 HC container = 65 CBM
Order
Process / Manufacturing Time
Lead times are around 70 days
from receipt of deposit. This is an average time
taken process, manufacture, finish, wrap and loading
container. It can take longer or less time to
complete. In the case of bespoke or made to measure
item, from final approval of drawings. Some more
complex bespoke items may take longer.
- 1 x 20
ft Container = 70 days ( not included with shipping
time ).
- 1 x 40
ft / HC Containers = 80 days ( not included with
shipping time ).

Finishing System
Finishing
system mostly use is
NC/Spray and hand
stain system, with some color choices: stain color,
paint color, gold and silver leaf.
Some antique effect are applied
to make antique for the future.

Mahogany, Dark Mahogany, etc
- Paint Color : White, Cream, Black, etc

Packaging
System
The finished
furniture will be packed with foam sheet and single
face / wrapping paper
and then put label for each items.
Shipment

Indonesia

Shipping ( OCEAN FREIGHT ) is not included in the
price, it will become responsibility of buyer. All
order sent freight collect.

You may nominate the freight forwarder and shipping
line, or we will assist you to find one that suits
you best and arrange the shipment.

All container are fumigated as
required by international law for which the company
accept no responsibilities nor liabilities.

Insurance on container is
solely the responsibility of customers.
Delivery time
Normally, we deliver the
container from port of loading ( Semarang port ) to
port of destination between 25 - 35 days (depend on
the location).
Complain
- In the unlikely event that
there is a manufacturing problem or your item is
damaged through no fault of the customer, we offer
replacement of goods or cash credit against future
orders and does not include any other cost such as
freight, re-stocking or other charges.
- All claims will be
substantiated by photographs or digital images
clearly showing the claim filed as per our
purchasing guarantee. Verbal explanations need
to accompany the submitted images
for clarification. Photos or images may be sent
by post or by email.
